Help FilSciHub Help You Create Lecture Modules
Dear teachers,
FilSciHub has initiated a campaign of putting together free online resources (lecture videos, virtual experiments and assessments) that you can use as supplemental modules to aid in your teaching of Biology, Chemistry and Physics courses. We invite you to participate in this campaign by sending us a copy of your course syllabus. This will enable us to deliver the right materials on a schedule that fits your needs!
Send in your syllabus at filscihub@gmail.com!
Sincerely,
Team FilSciHub

[MATHEMATICS] Divisibility Rules
Here are some cool math tricks you can use when dividing numbers:
A number is divisible by 2 if its last digit is an even number.
For example: 2, 34, 546, 978.A number is divisible by 3 if the sum of its digits is a multiple of 3.
For example: 33; 3 + 3 = 6, 6 is a multiple of 3.
A number is divisible by 4 if the last two digits are divisible by 4, or if the number ends with 00.
For example: 200/4 = 50, 300/4 = 75A number is divisible by 5 if its last digit is 0 or 5.
For example: 15, 90, 120, 575A number is divisible by 6 if it is divisible by 2 AND 3.
For example: 36. 36/2 = 18, 36/3 = 12A number is divisible by 7 if the difference of twice the last digit subtracted from the remaining digits is divisible by 7.
For example: 161. 2 x 1 = 2. 16 - 2 = 14. 14/7 = 2A number is divisible by 8 if its last three digits are divisible by 8 or ends with 000.
For example: 3000/8 = 375, 7000/8 = 875.A number is divisible by 9 if the sum of the digits is divisible by 9.
For example: 81. 8 + 1 = 9. 81/9 = 9
A number is divisible by 10 if its last digit is 0.
For example: 1100, 630, 132,780
A number is divisible by 11 if the sum of the digits in the odd places subtracted by the sum of digits in even positions is 0 or a multiple of 11.
For example: 1,353. (1 + 5) - (3 + 3) = 6 - 6 = 0. 1,353/11 = 123
A number is divisible by 12 if it is divisible by 3 AND 4.
For example: 144. 144/3 = 48 and 144/4 = 36
